I've had some great opportunities for learning throughout my career.  I've set up an organisation from scratch and grown it to employ over 1,500 people giving me first hand insight into the highs and lows of being an entrepreneur.  

 

I've set up a new division in an international business and mobilised complex multi-million pound contracts which have involved thousands of staff and coordinating the activity of over thirty supply chain organisations. Through these experiences I've recognised the importance of leading beyond my authority and developing senior leaders and technical experts to deliver market leading performance.

As a Coaching Psychologist, qualified and credentialed Executive Coach and able to deliver psychometrics in both ability and personality, I can offer a comprehensive coaching experience for people looking to deliver their best in life and work.

I am a Non Exec Director of four organisations including the University of Manchester which has a turnover exceeding £1bn.

I deliver the Executive Coaching for experienced leaders on the Manchester Metropolitan University's MBA programme and MSc in Strategic Leadership and tutor on the Post Graduate Certificate for Business and Personal Coaching with Barefoot at Chester University. I also offer Coaching Supervision for those who work in the field.

I love the outdoors, walking, camping and taking adventures in a camper van, so much so I am also a co-owner Manchester Camper Hire. I sometimes combine the two ventures for leadership/coaching retreats, so watch this space!
